ok, i uploaded the pics differently, not purposefully, just not going to go back and change it. change things up a bit.wyatt and claire were so cute christmas morning...mainly because we just think that they are so cute. but wyatt was excited about the fact that santa had come and that there were MORE presents under the tree. by the time christmas is over this year, he's going to think that opening presents is just something you do every couple of days!! here they are sitting on the couch (where "maw" has slept last night) with some of the gifts we had given them last night.

"papa munash" helped him open his presents!
(side note: "munash" is how wyatt says mustache!! this is how he distinguishes his grandpa's:
grandpa eakright is "papa munash"
grandpa renfrow is "papa 'sip'ahh" (it's the sound his grandpa renfrow makes after a sip of diet pepsi!!)

"maw" helped claire open her gifts from santa. she got some fun food and other accessories for their kitchen that "papa munash" and "maw" gave them for christmas.
wyatt and claire cleaned up for the rest of chrismas day, checking out the kitchen that we had just finished putting together!
vati and mutti had left earlier to head back to their house. since we knew andrea and eli were coming, we thought it was probably better that they not wait for us! we headed over as soon as we could, which was sort of hectic and made us re-think how we will do this transition in the future. but we had a very nice christmas! :)

They are so cute. What is it that they call your dad (munash)??? so funny.so cute. Christmas is a difficult time to split up between family plus start some of your own traditions. You'll find what works for you. Miss you all, love angie

oh, that is too cute. Gracie use to call my mom and dad, Cheesy nanny and papa, because they always had cheesy's (cheetos)for her to eat.
